1 kg cleaned anchovies, without heads,
washed 3 ripe tomatoes,
sliced 5-6 cloves of garlic,
sliced ½ bunch of parsley, finely chopped
 Salt, pepper, oregano
1 tbsp mild mustard
 Olive oil
