3 green bell peppers
3 red bell peppers
3 orange bell peppers
6 tomatoes
2 cups quinoa
750g mixed seafood
3-4 fresh onions,
finely chopped
1 tbsp vegetable broth
2 dried onions, finely chopped
1 tsp tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
olive oil
Salt and pepper
½ bunch dill
½ bunch fennel
