Riki paste

Riki paste
Riki, also known as riki fish, is a relatively rare fish, essentially a bonito. It has less fat with subtle spots, which is why we prefer to make it into paste.


Ingredients:
1 kg cleaned riki fish (without head and tail)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 red Florina pepper
½ bunch of finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Oil
