• 5-6 sun-dried tomato slices, finely chopped
• 200g heavy cream

• 1 pack of No. 6 macaroni
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 1 dry onion, finely chopped
• 250g tomato juice
• 100g smoked Vermio cheese
• 60g olive oil
• Smoked salt from Mesolongi and pepper
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 1 sprig of oregano
